A DETAILED PROGRAM FOR YOUR 1 DAY LAKE MBURO SAFARI
Early morning at exactly 6:15 am wake up take breakfast then meet up with your driver at your hotel or other designated pickup location. From here, have breakfast and then leave for Lake Mburo National Park one of Uganda’s hidden gems. The park is situated in the Southwest parts of Uganda. However, you need to wake up very early in the morning in order to control traffic.
The driving time from Kampala to Lake Mburo is approximately 4 hours. The journey involves a 30-minute halt at the Equator line for the water tests in the South and North as well as snapping pictures. After having a glimpse at the equator proceed with your journey passing via the settlements of Masaka and Lyantonde before accessing the Nshara gate of Lake Mburo National Park, upon your arrival at the park you will enjoy lunch then do a boat cruise. Here you will view a variety of hippos, crocodiles and many water birds.
Later after the boat cruise, then do your evening game drive as you spot a number of animals and birds such as the cape buffaloes, elands, warthogs, Giraffes, zebras, leopards, Topis and many more. After enjoying your adventure return to your guide for a return journey to Kampala
