THE Entebbe Airport Shuttle provides national and international passengers transportation, transfers from the Entebbe International Airport.
Any misunderstanding in the implementation of the terms of the contract shall be settled by the courts of Uganda.

The transfers from the airport will have a waiting time of 45 minutes from the arriving of the flight.
When you cancel a service it must be reported to our email: info@entebbeairportshuttle.com within at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise there shall be no refund of the amounts received by the service.
The Entebbe Airport Shuttle plannifies the services to arrive on time and avoid any incoviniences to our clients, although exceptional circumstances may make difficult to develop our activity:
- Road accidents, with unexpected traffic jams.
- Police controls
- Strikes and demonstrations.
- Problems caused by the delay of other passengers.
- Adverse climate circumstances.
The Entebbe Airport Shuttle informs its clients that some reasons that may prevent us to meet our commitments. These reasons may be: road accidents, police checks or climatic problems.
The Company rates quoted shall include baggage, milage, fuel and English (or other language) speaking driver on request and availability.
The company reserves the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors (herein known as third parties) to provide services to clients. Where appropriate details such as names, addresses of any such third parties will be provided upon reasonable request.
